 It is best to have your numbers before calling: BRAND - MODEL - SERIAL or FD  (Note: Kenmore and Sears models start with a three digit prefix) 

          We Might Need:  Color as needed - Manufacturer - B/M (Bill of Material) or other numbers if they are on the model and serial number tag.
